Project Overview
In 2005 the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission undertook a major initiative to consolidate multiple IT project management and development methodologies, such as SDLCM and RUP, into one cohesive, easy-to-implement approach -- the Project Management Methodology (PMM). The primary media for distribution of the PMM was a website which project teams could easily reference for instruction and guidance.

The PMM website was re-architected and re-designed in 2008 to take advantage of content management and UI theme/skin capabilities in Rational Method Composer.
Accomplishment
Distribution of the PMM mandate via a website allowed for easy cross-referencing of information and ability to respond more quickly to user feedback with regards to both content and information architecture.
